Why can't we edit some pages (e.g. the Main Page, Contribution Guidelines, and etc.)?
Some pages are locked because they contain critical information for users of the wiki. If they are changed accidently or maliciously, it can cause innocent people to get in trouble. However, if you have a suggestion for a locked page, please feel free to contact ncpcertamenwiki [at] gmail [dot] com.
Why can't we upload files?
Upload access is restricted to only some so that we do not have malicious people registering and uploading harmful files or uploading to fill up the limited hosting space. If you need a file to be uploaded, please contact ncpcertamenwiki [at] gmail [dot] com and we will see what can be done.
