Minutes of Latin Club meeting called to order on October 21, 2005 by Kavinda Wewegama
- Meeting called to order on October 21, 2005 by Kavinda and seconded by Andrew at 3:29 pm.
- All of the board was present except for Michael Palma and David Velasco.
- Introductions were then made.
- Kavinda
started talking about how this year we are pushing for things to be
done; Aediles should set deadlines and make sure that they are met.
- Andrew brought up amendments to the Northside Constitution:
- Revoke the need to have a prior position for the position of Consul, in affect in 2006
- The position of Tribune will only voted on by freshmen
- All club officer’s positions will end the day after NJCL
- Kavinda the talks about the IJCL Amendments we are to propose:
- Availability of minutes and amendments
- Make a position of technology
- Kavinda makes a motion to buy ncplatin.org as a domain name for Latin Club website for $8-$12 which is the seconded by Natalia
- Motion was passed unanimously.
- Motion to end the meeting by Kavinda at 3:51pm and seconded by Kevin.
- Meeting ended.
