Minutes
of the meeting called to order on April 20, 2007 at 3:30 pm.
- It was agreed that the Aediles would turn in the receipts
for the Latin Club Fundraiser expenses to the Consuls by the 24th of
April.
- After discussion, it was agreed that a joint school
proposal would be sent to ILT/ICTM expressing concerns regarding their
problematic scheduling of events. John Mussman will lead this endeavor
with the assistance of the Consuls, Proconsuls, and Mr. Tylinski.
- There was discussion of possible amendments to the
constitutions. Concerns were raised about the responsibilities of the
Aediles and Treasurer, about the impeachment process, and about the
voting and campaigning procedure.
- It was agreed that an amendment for a new position to lead
service learning (Quaestor Servandi) would be drafted, as well as an
amendment for the delegation of new responsibilities for the treasures
to be drafted by Adam Swiatlowski. An amendment to the impeachment
process is to be drafted by David Velasco. An amendment to the voting
and campaigning procedure is to be drafted by Jacob Gruber.
- The buzzer system is to be purchased for 500-600 dollars
within the month as decided by a 7-1 vote. This endeavor is to be led
by Kavinda Wewegama and David Velasco.
- The preparations for the Car Wash on the 19th of May are to
be done by David Velasco.
- It was agreed that parting gifts for Ms. Greenwood would be
a 40 dollar gift certificate to be purchased by David Velasco and a box
of chocolates to be purchased by Ms. Emanuel on behalf of Latin Club.
- The meeting was closed on April 20, 2007 at 4:09 pm.
