II. Service

   A. Ideas: drive (recycling, computers), clothes

   B. To be completed by February 4th

III. Spirit

   A. $10 per person/$6 per shirt

   B. Tshirt: we need one week to submit the design and receive tshirts from the company

   C. Circus Maximus

     1. mimes with spray painted shirts

     2. berets--black or felt

     3. colored scarves (maybe)

   D. Mr. Tylinski Day

     1. pipecleaner glasses

     2. hair gel

     3. banner, flags (generally very very good)

   E. Top Model

     1. Unicef boxes, aluminum foil flash, black paint

     2. Bring a camera

     3. Cheer: "Smile, JCL"

   F. Ask Ms. Cirrincione for the mascot uniform
